Return Policy, Warranty and Shipping Information

ABLE Return Policy

All discrepancies must be reported within 10 working days of shipment. All returns must be authorized. A Return Authorization Number will be issued by Able Industrial Products, Inc. for approved returns. A restocking charge of 20% is applied to all returns.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

ABLE Warranty Information

Able Industrial Products makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. User is responsible for determining whether product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user’s method of application.

ABLE Shipping Information

We use standard UPS shipping rates and add a $3.50 handling charge per order. We are open to N-30 day payment terms upon approved credit.
