Clean Room Converting

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with over 1200 square feet of Clean Room Converting Workspace. Our clean rooms are rated at Class 10,000 and Class 1000 and are used extensively for Medical, Electronics, Aerospace and Solar Energy related manufacturing.

Rotary Die Cutting

We offer High Precision Rotary Die Cutting for those high volume and high tolerance projects. Our state of the art rotary die cutting equipment is capable of tolerances to .003". and is capable of converting a wide variety of materials.

Our state of the art delta rotary die cutting equipment is capable of many operations including:

Automated Flat Bed Die Cutting

Our flat bed die cutting equipment is able to quickly and accurately die cut materials in sheet and roll form. Tooling is relatively inexpensive and setup time is brief making this converting process perfect for short runs with short turn around. This process is commonly used for the following applications:

  • Gaskets
  • Custom Abrasives
  • Pressure Sensitive Adhesives
  • Thermal Management Pads
  • Films and Plastics

Custom Slitting

Our slitting equipment is capable of slitting materials down to 1/16" and as wide as 60". We have access to the best materials available on the market as a result of our strategic alliance with the 3M Company. We are capable of the following slitting processes:

Flexographic Printing

We can print in a 6" wide format and can convert/slit printed rolls to your required width. Our state of the art flexographic printer offers:

Horizontal Cutting / Skiving

Using our vacuum assisted Precision Skiver we are able to produce foam sheets from bulk foam buns. The foam sheets are cut to virtually any thickness at very tight tolerances.

  • .2mm Minimum Material Thickness
  • 914.4mm Maximum Material Thickness
  • Tolerance: .0732mm
  • Industrial Filter Foams, Polyhethylene Foams, Conductive Foams, Medical Foams and various Automotive Foams.
