High performance. Polypropylene backing reinforced with continuous glass yarn along the length for a typical 380 lb/inch width tensile strength. Instant adhesion for fast heavy-duty closure on fiberboard with high recycled content.
Polypropylene backing is easy to handle and dispense and provides excellent resistance to nicks, abrasion and moisture. Specially formulated hot melt adhesive bonds instantly to most fiberboard surfaces. Excellent aging on fiberboard with high recycled content.Applications:- Low unit cost bundling and reinforcing of heavy-duty corrugated fiberboard boxes with high recycled content- Holding lift flaps in place on Basiloid container for appliances and furniture- Can be used with the 3M-Matic L-Clip Applicator S857 and Scotch Manual L-Clip Filament Tape Dispenser S634- Can be custom printed using the Print Seal process. Typical Physical Properties:- Low 3% elongation at break to help keep bundles tight- Bar codes, type and graphics show through translucent backing- Standard widths: 12, 18 and 36 mm
